Journaling is an excellent way to reflect on what is happening in your life, your thoughts, your feelings, and to be able to set goals for what you want to bring into your life.
It will be helpful to set aside some time each day to do the reflection work and journaling. In this way you have a continued rhythm of pace throughout the course. Be gentle with yourself. If you miss a day just resume the next day’s lesson when you can. There are no demands or requirements to do it right and complete the assignments all within 28 days – that is ideal.
